I’ve got a crazy busy schedule today, but didn’t want to miss out on keeping consistency.
I started out on the stationary bike the first day at 8 miles an hour, second day 10 miles an hour, third day 11.5 miles an hour. Today I averaged 13.5 miles an hour. Went 25 minutes for 5.3 miles.
Sorry (not sorry) if I bore you with my daily exercise updates. This gives me a feeling of accountability, which I feel I need.

My good friend Samantha Kilbourne told me about this coconut water as a post-workout beverage. It’s full of electrolytes, and some of the key minerals that my body was not retaining appropriately that landed me in the hospital last week. It’s pretty tasty.

***UPDATE*** – this drink is great, but it has quite a bit of sugar in it. I have decided to use it only on occasion, not everyday.
