Today’s workout was very non-traditional. Another incredibly busy day which included a follow up visit to the doctor, (I’ll get to that later).
Because we have @aprylgouldcx and @levi_p4019 coming into town (YEAH), I had to move some stuff around and get what is now my workout room converted back into a bedroom so that they have somewhere to sleep.

So the workout entailed moving boxes/furniture, cleaning and organizing. All told, it was about 35 minutes worth of work – and I did get into the cardio zone, getting my BPM up to about 140.
Now for the doctor stuff, since many of you have asked. My doctor looked over my test results from the hospital stay, looked at me, and determined that I have three issues going on:
One, I have bronchitis.
Two, I had gastroenteritis.
Three, I do have an additional internal infection, aside from the bronchitis.
I do have another set of tests that I’ll be doing next week after Apryl and Levi head back to Denver. The doctor felt confident that the majority of the numbers should come back into line to where they should be and I’ll be on the mend. I’ll be picking up my antibiotics this afternoon.
Due to my high pain tolerance, it never occurred to me that I had all this going on in such a manner that it would send me to the hospital. The good part is, I now know what’s going on. All three of these issues combined to severely dehydrate me, stress my body big time, and create a situation where my body was freaking TF out.
The love you all have sent me has meant so much to me. Knowing I have so many people that love me and are in my corner is amazing.
Now the mission continues, get to optimum health!
