FR – today is the first day that I had no desire to exercise. However, I did get up off my dead a$$, and got it done.
I had to get out of the house early this morning to go to the vampires and get my blood drawn. I’m hopeful my blood work comes back showing improvement, I think it will. I do feel much better than I did when I started this 9 days ago.

As for exercise, I rode the stationary bike for 28 minutes and got in 6 miles. Then I did some arm weights, some bag work and also push-ups. I’m glad I did it, even if I didn’t want to when I started. I upped my weight goals to three sets of 10. I am now tired and really hungry.
