Today I worked out for 1 hour and 5 minutes! 39 minutes on the stationary bike for a total of 7.7 miles. After that I got in the bag workout that I did not accomplish yesterday. Punching, kicking and some knees. The bag didn’t stand a chance, lol. I finished off with three sets of 10 modified push-ups, and then a cool down.

I am definitely feeling immensely better than I did when I started this journey. However my blood pressure is still high. My resting heart rate is down, I’ve lost 10 lb from my peak weight, and I know for sure I’ve lost body fat because my belt is looser.
I’m hopeful that the blood pressure starts to get dialed in.
