After my full-on cheat day yesterday, I got back after it this morning. I worked out for 55 minutes. 35 minutes of that on the stationary bike, for a total of 7.6 miles. After that I lifted some weights, did some modified crunches and then stretched.
I can’t even lie, my cheat day was tasty. Heck, it was so good, I didn’t even remember to take any pictures, LOL.
Breakfast started off with two big veggie scramble wraps full of potatoes, tofu, carrots spinach and pinto beans. For lunch, Jeney made some really good nachos with some really tasty cheese we got from Sprouts Farmers Market. I made salsa and guacamole, dude, so yum. Dinner was Gardein chikn strips on a burger bun with veggies. For dessert I had sugar free ice cream topped with a bunch of whipped cream.
In full transparency, I did have a few drinks yesterday. Some of them were non-alcoholic beers, some of them were regular bloody mary’s and mixed vodka drinks without sugar.
Overall, it was a great cheat day spent with Jeney, no regrets. Now it’s back to the grind!
