Today’s workout was for 35 minutes. I upped the resistance on the stationary bike and got in 5 mi over the course of 23 minutes. I can’t lie at all, the increased resistance whooped my ass!

Got my heart rate up and it made me rather tired. Despite being tired, after I was done with the stationary bike I did work out with my arm weights and then hit the bag lightly. I finished off with 40 modified push-ups.
After 4 weeks of this workout routine, I am 0.2 of a pound away from my first weight goal. I really look forward to getting past that and moving on to my ideal weight.
